Ministers is a network of ordained clergypersons and ministers who provide personalized
services to suit your needs. All of our ministers are licensed and/or ordained in their
denominations. None are "mail order" ministers. Once you decide on our service
and we know your area and minister preferences, a specific minister will be identified to
you so that you will know exactly who will be performing your ceremony.
Associated Ministers has been in operation
since 1998. Our service was born out of a sympathy for couples wishing to have a solemn
and beautiful ceremony, yet were having difficulty in finding that faith filled clergy
person to perform a wedding ceremony. We realize that organized religions have failed many
people. Moreover, many couples have grown away from the religious organizations of their
childhoods, yet still desired a wedding in the context of their faith traditions. Our
service began informally by identifying and keeping in touch with ministers who were
willing to help such couples, and eventually established Associated Ministers as it exists
today.
Wedding ministers are our specialty. We
have officiated at hundreds of weddings since our founding (and many more individually),
yet we strive to make each wedding ceremony personal and unique. Our ministers also
occasionally officiate for other types of ceremonies and services, such as funerals,
memorial services, anniversary celebrations, and commitment ceremonies, so please call to
inquire if you have need of such services.
